Need to Know for Open Doors:
- Open Door dates for hosting: Monday to Thursdays
- Open Door times: 10:00am, 11:30am, 14:30pm, 16:30pm
- Tours run monthly from the 8th to 23rd of each month
- Minimum of 5 people per session. A booking can only be confirmed once we have the number of people reserved for the allocated day.
- WhatsApp confirmations are shared 1 week prior to the date booked; the registration does not serve as confirmation.
- All guests must accept the waiver and release forms via the whatsapp message received.
- Tour guidelines: wear flat non-slippery closed shoes, hair should be tied up for ladies, no jewellery and no photos can be taken behind the counter.
- A promotional meal is offered after the tour.
